Every refurbished product sold by EltexPC includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

We stand behind what we sell and want our customers to have confidence in their purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers functional hardware issues that occur under normal use during the warranty period.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• accidental damage

• liquid damage

• misuse or abuse

• cosmetic wear

• software issues caused after delivery

• unauthorized repairs or modifications

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the original date of delivery and continues for 1 year.

Warranty Service

If a covered issue comes up during the warranty period, contact us with your order information and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and provide next steps.

Depending on the situation, warranty service may include repair, replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion.

Proof of Coverage

Warranty coverage is tied to the original order record. For some orders, EltexPC may also issue a warranty document listing product details such as serial number or service tag.
